Scaling businesses · owning P&L · building systems that hold
I started managing a single fitness center floor in 2019 — responsible for walk-ins, coach schedules, and daily revenue. Over the next six years, the scope of accountability grew with every role: from one center to a sub-cluster, from a sub-cluster to a network of 206 coaches, and from coach operations to enterprise revenue partnerships.
Today, at BACK2BASICS, I sit in the Founder's Office and own the full picture — from supply planning and CRM architecture to P&L reviews and offline expansion. I scaled a single community to 15 locations, grew MRR from ₹22K to ₹4L, and brought churn down from 37% to 18% through structured dropout tracking.
The thread across every role: build systems, own numbers, close gaps.
Built a three-scenario P&L model evaluating Tier-2 market entry — quantifying revenue potential, COD fraud exposure, delivery cost structure, and CAC payback period. Designed a 6-lever operational mitigation plan and phased rollout roadmap.
